- For your safety during your stay, there is one security camera installed at the entrance outside the villa, which is not used for surveillance purposes.

- Please turn off all electrical appliances when leaving the villa. Due to power capacity limitations in Vietnam, excessive electricity usage may cause power outages.

- If any property (e.g. electronic devices, shelves, towels, dishes, etc.) is damaged or destroyed during your stay, you may be asked to compensate for the cost of repair or replacement. Please refer to the guidelines notified in advance for compensation. We ask for your cooperation in maintaining a clean and safe environment.

- All guests are required to register their property according to Vietnamese law. Please send us a photo of your passport page along with a photo of the entry and exit stamp received from the Immigration Office. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation :)
