'I stayed at hostel haru for my solo trip for 7 nights. I felt safe as a lone girl. The amenities were clean, water pressure was great. I could even do my laundry before heading home. The best thing about this hostel is that it is super convenient to places like Anguk, ikseon dong and insadong. I found myself walking to these places instead of taking the train. There are at least two train lines within 10 minutes walk as well.
My favourite activity was walking at the cheongyecheong stream at...

'The staff was absolutely first rate. I’ve travelled all over the world and they were really special. The room was great - big bathtub and shower, comfy bed and pillows. 'This hotel was probably very good in the 90s. It needs a massive renovation . Couch was old and very dirty, parts of the furniture were falling apart.
It doesn’t deserve its 4 star classification (anymore) .
Apart from this , we found the service very bad. The only person who was friendly / attentive was the lovely cleaning lady responsible for our room.
Breakfast is supposed to last until 10am , but at 9:45 they were already insisting with us (we have 2 young kids ) to leave the restaurant so...

The breakfast is very delicious, healthy and the many differences during my 6-night stay. The only negative comment is the air conditioning, it makes a lot of sound. The hotel takes care of it if you ask them to take it off. But one night the airco kept running so I had a bad night.'

Ruime en schone kamer, fijn bed en nette badkamer. Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Ontbijtruimte is op de bovenste verdieping, maar hier hebben we geen gebruik van gemaakt. "

"Het verblijf was prima. De service van het personeel was uitmuntend. Ik was ook zeer onder de indruk van de variatie vannhet ontbijtbuffet. Punt van aandacht vind ik de onhandige lichtschakelingen aan één kant van het bed. Er ontbreekt een nachtverlichting en de hoofdverlichting gaat alleen uit met de hoofdschakelaar. Het is niet mogelijk om het leeslampje uit te doen zonder het bed te verlaten. Maar al met al een prima ervaring."
