The Space:

Welcome to our inviting 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment with stunning views of Downtown Dallas. This stylish, modern retreat is designed to offer you a comfortable and enjoyable stay.



The open-concept living and dining area features LED lighting and sleek, contemporary furnishings. Both bedrooms provide private sanctuaries with incredible nighttime views. Large windows fill the space with natural light, beautifully complementing the warm wooden floors and finishes.

Other Things to Note:

Please be aware that oversized vehicles are not allowed in the parking garage. Large vehicles will be denied access during check-in in accordance with the Building Parking Policy.



The following types of vehicles will be turned away at check-in:



1. Cars with breathalyzers, makeshift or unsafe controls, or faulty brakes.

2. Large vehicles, including sprinter vans, extended vans, 10-passenger vehicles or larger, or anything exceeding the height limit of 6'8".

3. Dually trucks or service trucks, particularly those with wide wheels, lockers, or containers, which are difficult to maneuver in the garage.

4. Vehicles with aftermarket lifts or oversized custom rims and tires.

5. Motorcycles or tricycles that do not have car-type controls.



Pets of all sizes are welcome with prior approval and notice to avoid cancellations. A cleaning fee will apply for each pet.



Pet fees are based on the length of stay:

- $35 per night for stays of 1 to 4 nights

- $250 per pet for stays of 5 to 29 nights

- $400 per pet for stays of 30 nights or longer



Please note that the company is not responsible for building maintenance or repairs.



**GUEST VERIFICATION REQUIRED PRIOR TO STAY**



To comply with legal and security protocols, guests may be required to provide a government-issued photo ID, verify contact details, complete the verification process, and possibly undergo a background check. This information is used solely for screening purposes and will not be stored or used for any other reason.



All guests must sign a rental agreement that outlines the terms of their stay. By booking, guests agree to:



- Abide by the rental terms and conditions

- Provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in

- Complete a background check if requested by property management or the owner, as detailed in the rental agreement and booking terms

- Complete the verification process to receive check-in instructions



Guests must submit the required information within 24 hours of booking (or within 1 hour for same-day bookings). We reserve the right to cancel reservations that do not meet verification requirements.



Each stay includes a $49 damage protection fee covering accidental damages up to $150.
