Other Things to Note:

Please be aware that oversized vehicles are not allowed in the parking garage. Large vehicles will be denied access during check-in, in accordance with the Building Parking Policy.



The following types of vehicles will be turned away at check-in:



1. Cars with breathalyzers, makeshift or faulty controls, or defective brakes.

2. Large Vehicles - This includes sprinter vans, long economy vans, vehicles with 10 or more passengers, or anything exceeding the height limit of 6'8".

3. Dually trucks or service vehicles - These have very wide wheels, lockers, or containers, which make them difficult and unsafe to maneuver in the garage.

4. Vehicles with aftermarket lifts or oversized custom rims and tires.

5. Motorcycles or tricycles that do not have car-style controls.



Pets are allowed depending on their size; please inform us in advance if you plan to bring a pet to avoid potential cancellations. An additional cleaning fee per pet is as follows:



- 1 to 4 nights: $35 per night per pet

- 5 to 29 nights: $250 per pet

- 30 nights or more: $400 per pet



Please note, the company is not responsible for any building maintenance or repairs.



Guest verification is required before check-in.



To comply with legal and security guidelines, you may need to provide a government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact details, complete our verification portal, and possibly undergo a background check. Rest assured, this information is collected only for screening purposes and will not be stored or used for anything else.



All guests must sign a rental agreement outlining the terms of their stay. By making a reservation, you agree to:



- Follow our rental terms and conditions.

- Provide a valid government-issued ID before check-in.

- Complete a background check if required by the property management or owner as stated in the rental agreement and booking terms.

- Complete the verification process to receive check-in instructions.



Guests must provide the required information within 24 hours of booking (within 1 hour for same-day bookings). We reserve the right to cancel any reservation that does not meet our verification criteria.



Note: Surveillance cameras are installed in the hallways for security, and a Minut device is placed in the unit to monitor noise levels.



A $49 Damage Protection Program is added per booking and covers up to $150 in accidental damages.
