I want to say first that my complaints are minimal but it is an explanation of why I rated this as an AVERAGE not BAD facility. When we entered to check in we were greated by a friendly nice person. When we asked for a cart for our belongings she shrugged and said I guess there all out. There was one next to the desk with suitcases on it she said belonged to someone who checked in too early and she was holding them for them until they returned. She did attempt to stash the single suitcase and tote behind the counter or offer us that cart even though I was standing there with a cane and hobbling to the front door to help him. I had recently had an ankle replacement and an achilles repair and wasnt able to help my husband with two bags hanging clothes and his work computer. He had to make two trips while I waied by my bags at the front door on my cane. They said there was a restaurant at the facility. All we saw was a bar in the lobby. If indeed it was a restaurant, there were no menus in the room. There was no menu or sign indicating food would be available. The bar was not open when we were there to ask about the menu. We couldnt find a menu online although there was a section that said dining breakfast lunch and dinner. When we asked the desk we were told the menus are at the bar, which was closed. No coffee in lobby. Average nothing special. Bed and shower with TV.

The TV was not working. Three visits and 1-1/2 hours later, we had TV service. Then the shower handle was broken, so the door could not shut or open.

No water pressure. Very unfriendly staff at check in and check out. Towels in the room were brand new and hadn’t been washed so wouldn’t even absorb water when trying to dry off.

Great relatively new hotel. It was perfect for what we needed. Very clean. Only small negative is that we kept loosing some electrical outlets due to a circuit breaker issue.

My experience with the staff wasn’t pleasant at all. The young man didn’t greet me and wasn’t very polite. He asked for my id and credit card and gave me room key and that was it.

Nice, clean hotel with a bad restaurant service.
The restaurant service needs a lot of improvement, our coffee was lukewarm. The couple on the next table warmed up their coffee on the microwave next to the store. We had to look for the waiter to take our order, this happened 2 days in a row.

It was a pretty nice place to stay. The room was comfortable and clean. Like most hotels, no one does the little maintenance projects, caulking around the showers, sower doors not closing properly, ect. The only real suggestion i have would be to let your guests know that there are more breakfast options available other than the continental breakfast.

I paid in advance for 2 rooms for 2 nights. Arrived to find out they were over booked & sent us to a different hotel That hotel did nit have rooms for the 2nd night. I checked out of 1 room & drove 6 hours back home. My daughter stayed & insisted they “bump” someone else & stayed the 2nd night.
