Welcome to Trinity Home. Trinity offers a rare chance to host 16 people in beds.
If you are looking for a place for your group to spend a few days while in Dallas, or an opportunity to host a bachelorette/ bachelor/birthday/baby shower/sport events/ or work event, then this is the home for you.
Base rate on the home will cover up 16 people that visit the home and or spend the night. It's $25 per person after. (Whether they spend the night or not).

The space:

This newly built home has a spacious downstairs area perfect for hosting! Comfortable and clean, this open concept layout is ideal for large groups! The first thing you notice when you enter the living room is the 75 inch HDTV combined with a surround sound system! Perfect to watch the game on, host sports events, or movie nights! With two big couches and two accent chairs, this living room has more than enough space for your next watch party or cookout! As you make your way to the kitchen you'll notice the coffee station provided for you to enjoy! Grab yourself a pick-me-up cup of joe to start your day with! Also featured in the full kitchen is basic necessities, utensils, as well as an electric stove top to make all your favorite meals!

The first bedroom is so spacious that it fits three queen beds comfortably! Relax as you snooze on the plush queen size mattress! It also features an attached bathroom that has double sinks making it easy for multiple people to get ready at the same time! Also included in this bathroom is a stand-in shower/tub combination. As you enter the master bedroom you are greeted with beautiful natural light! The master has a queen size mattress and is right next to the bathroom. The third bedroom also has plenty of natural sunlight and is located downstairs! Featuring two full size beds, this room has more than enough space to accommodate multiple guests! The fourth bedroom includes two full size mattresses and a nightstand for all your small storage needs! The shared upstairs bathroom has a stand-in shower/tub and includes complimentary shampoo, conditioner, and body wash dispensers that are also included in the other showers!

The quaint backyard has enough space for your next cookout!
There will be security cameras on the property in the living room, front of the home, and back of the home for your security and to ensure the proper amount of guest that were agreed upon for proper booking.


Three House rules
No Disruptive parties - Events with loud music, parking violations, excessive drinking, take place primarily at night, and 25+ people are not allowed.

Smoking is not permitted inside ($400 fine), no tampering with cameras/security devices, no DJs or large sound systems (Only regular speakers).

First 16 guests are included by the base rate which includes everyone visiting and spending the night. Keep all guests and noise inside after 10:00 PM
