With loads of space, an amazing fully equipped kitchen, and all the essential amenities, you’ll have everything you need right here.



The Space:

Our home caters to both short term and medium term stays, making it an excellent choice for corporate housing needs. Whether you find yourself temporarily displaced from your home or require accomodations for your team during an extended project in our area, we provide a welcoming and comfortable "home away from home" experience.



Welcome to your humble abode! The new construction home has a beautiful exterior and a lovely manicured front lawn. You’ll be able to park in the 2-car garage to keep your vehicles away from the hot sun. Inside, the home is modern and spacious with luxurious high-quality finishes throughout. The open-concept layout makes the space feel bright and airy and lends a great flow throughout the home. You will adore the luxury finishes in this recently remodeled space, accented with amazing interior design that elevates it even further.



The stunning main living room offers a great spot to hang out with your whole group. Sit back on the luxurious sofas among the gorgeous décor and enjoy the company of your loved ones as you relax, chat, and make new memories. Enjoy some movies or TV shows as you cozy up at living room. You’ll also have a loft on the second floor that serves as a more casual living area with cozy chairs and a foosball table.



You’ll also have your own spacious kitchen with custom-built white cabinetry and gray quartz countertops that offer loads of counter space. It’s completely open to the living area creating one continuous space. Equipped with stainless-steel appliances and cookware, dishes, and utensils, you’ll have everything you need whether you want to prepare your own fresh meals or you’re just enjoying some delicious local takeout. Have your meals at the barstool chairs at the huge kitchen island or around the table in the beautifully decorated dining area.



You’ll have 5 spacious bedrooms that will comfortably accommodate a larger group. They are all cozy and soothing, designed to ensure you’ll get a great night’s rest after a long day full of activities. The high-end furniture is covered with lavish linens that you’ll love cozying up in.

There are 3 stunning bathrooms available for your use, so no one has to fight over bathroom time. Each of them are spa-like with beautiful upgrades that will have you feeling truly indulged.



Lastly, let’s check out the outdoor spaces you’ll be able to enjoy. There is a cozy balcony at the front of the home with a relaxing swing egg chair, providing a great spot to get some quiet time to yourself. The backyard is huge and offers tons of open green space. You’ll also have a covered patio area with an outdoor dining table, so you can enjoy your meals while basking in the gorgeous Texas weather.

Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the beautiful stunning backyard and the amenities the home has to offer.

The Neighborhood:

We are located in the Westmoreland Park neighborhood of West Dallas. It’s the perfect location as you’ll be so close to all the attractions while being surrounded by nature with tons of parks and lakes nearby. For your convenience, we are just 18 minutes away from DFW airport and only 15 to downtown Dallas Main Street.



You’ll be just a short drive away from the most popular Dallas attractions. Pay a visit to one of the several museums, including Perot Museum of Nature and Science, Dallas Museum of Art, and The Sixth Floor Museum. Other must-see attractions include the JFK Memorial, Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Gardens, Dallas World Aquarium, and Dallas Zoo. You also can’t miss checking out Reunion Tower —it looks especially spectacular at night!



If you’re looking to spend some time in nature, there’s no shortage of parks, rivers, and lakes nearby. Mountain Creek Lake is just 20 minutes away. Tramwell Crow Park is only 10 minutes away and is just one of the many attractions of the Trinity River Corridor. The park includes soccer fields, cow sculptures, Crow Lake, walking trails, and amazing views of the downtown Dallas skyline. The Trinity Skyline Trail is also found here and is a 4.6-mile hard surface trail that brings you close to the Trinity River and features spectacular views. AT&T Stadium, host of world cup 2026, just 21 min drive.

If you arrive by car, you will be happy to know that we offer a free parking spot if driving is something

you would like to avoid during your stay Uber and Lyft are only minutes away 24/7.



Other Things to Note:

★ SAFETY DEPOSIT OR DAMAGE WAIVER REQUIRED ★



We understand that accidents can happen. To help protect the space and ensure a worry-free stay, all reservations require either a damage waiver or a safety deposit.



You can choose the option that works best for you: a non-refundable damage waiver ranging from $29 up to $69, which covers accidental damage and normal wear and tear (no deductible) or a refundable safety deposit of $450, which will be returned after checkout as long as no damage is found and all house rules are followed.



If you’ve already purchased Damage Protection Insurance through a third-party provider, feel free to share your policy with us—we’re happy to review it and we may consider waving the requirement based on your coverage.

★ PET-FRIENDLY STAY ★



Don’t leave your furry friends back home. Take them with you so they can enjoy a perfect vacation! We welcome house-trained pets with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet (maximum of 2 pets per stay). Please notify us in advance so we can make the necessary arrangements to ensure a comfortable stay for you and your four-legged companions.

We hope you use and love our home but must remind you that only registered guests will be allowed over while you are renting our property. Please feel free to reach out if you have any questions. If you’re not sure if your stay falls under these restrictions, please consult before booking.







★ ADDITIONAL NIGHTLY RATE FOR 7+ GUESTS ★



Our nightly rate includes the first six guests. With each additional guest, a $29/night fee will be applied.







★ FIREPLACE NOTE ★



Our fireplace is not active now. Please refrain from any use of it. We are in the process of fixing it.







★ ENTERTAINMENT★



All our smart TVs are equipped with streaming apps like Netflix, Amazon, and YouTube. Guests are welcome to login with personal accounts.

★ NOISE LEVEL MONITORING ★



Please note that in order to be a good neighbor and host responsibly, comply with local noise ordinances and occupancy regulations, and prevent unauthorized parties, we have installed a noise alert device in our home. We can assure you that your privacy is our utmost concern; this device is NOT recording NOR storing sound data. The noise alert only functions to measure decibels and send alerts in case reasonable noise levels are exceeded.
