Situated in the vibrant State Thomas neighborhood, you'll be just steps away from numerous bars, restaurants, coffee shops, and parks, as well as popular attractions like the Perot Museum & American airlines center. Whether you're in town for business or a weekend getaway, our home offers the perfect combination of comfort, convenience, and style for an unforgettable stay.
You will have a fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. It has a fenced yard and covered parking for one car in the back. Right across the street from Whole foods and next door to a rely cute coffee shop.
It’s a spacious home with 2 private bedrooms. The master bedroom has a king bed and the second bedroom has 2 queen beds. The living room couch pulls out to a full sized bed and we also keep an air mattress just in case.
It’s a very spacious or comfortable home. The home even has a home gym with yoga equipment and free weights. Also there is a outdoor picnic area with a gas grill. You will love it! Book Now

Everything was fantastic! Just a couple of items to help your next guests, did not deter from 5 stars. Hallway bathroom shower drained very slowly, should probably get checked. Master bedroom closet has a light going out. Thanks again!

The space was as pictured. It had every amenity we needed. The beds and couches were comfortable. The parking spot in back always a little tight for our large SUV but we were able to find street parking in the front after the first night. The host left a notebook with a lot of recommendations for restaurants and also offered to answer any questions. It was a great stay.

he neighborhood was perfect—very quiet in the evenings, with lots of people out walking, which made it feel very safe. The house itself was extremely spacious and worked well for our group. While the home was generally clean and definitely cleaner than some places we’ve stayed before, it could have used a bit more attention to detail in the cleaning. One thing I did notice, which I’ve also experienced at other places we’ve stayed, was that all of the windows were unlocked when we arrived. Because of that, I’ve made it a habit to check and lock them as soon as we check in anywhere we stay. Overall, we had a good stay and appreciated the quiet, comfortable location.

This was a great location, walking distance to lots of restaurants and the American Airlines center. Jeff has a binder full of all the information and recommendations you could need during your stay. The neighborhood is very pretty and feels safe overall. Our only complaint is that you can hear everything happening outside including people having conversations while walking their dogs. Plenty of street parking in front of the house and the area is easy to get around. We really enjoyed our stay here.

I recently stayed at this beautiful home in Dallas with my sisters for a weekend and it was absolutely perfect. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean, spacious and thoughtfully decorated. The house was the living areas were cozy yet modern and the kitchen had everything we needed for cooking and enjoying meals together. The bedrooms were comfortable and inviting with plenty of space for everyone to relax. We especially love the outdoor area. It was the perfect spot for morning coffee and late night chats. The location was ideal, close to great restaurants and attractions yet tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. Our host Jeffrey was amazing, responsive, friendly and made sure we had everything we needed for a stress-free stay. This home truly felt like a home away from home and we can't wait to come back. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable stay in Dallas.

This was a beautiful neighborhood and inside of home. We could walk to everything-grocery, restaurants, entertainment , parks.The house was really pretty , comfortable and we enjoyed the coffee bar. The beds were so comfortable ! We brought some extra fence extensions so the side yard could be fully fenced in and that was super helpful .

Great location! The cut home was perfect for a family weekend in the busy Dallas area. All the amenities of home! Thanks for trusting us with the necessaries. Amazing location… but needs some TLC

Pros: The location is central to everything and has food within walking distance. It is easy to find and access via the lockbox. The front room and kitchen are super cute and functional. Really appreciated the tv and internet. Now the cons: there was mold everywhere in the bathrooms and dust and dirt in all the vents, windows, and fixtures. There was even an extra visitor in the bathroom - a huge cockroach. This place has so much potential, it just needs a little more TLC.

Excellent stay and convenient location

We enjoyed the comfort, cleanliness. and convenience of this rental. The host was excellent--instructions were very clear. If you have an EV, you can charge it at the Whole Foods across the street, too! (In the parking garage, close to the big sliding glass doors.)
