'The house is spacious and cozy--plenty of space both for spreading out with friends at the big dining table, or catching up with cocktails in the common room. Kitchen is spacious, too, and a blast to make big dinners in. The bedrooms have plenty of closet and storage space for long stays. There's only one catch: during colder days, the difference in temps upstairs and downstairs are noticeable. Upstairs can get a bit stuffy if the thermostat is set high, so tone that baby down by five degrees...

'The house was beautiful and was selected because of the amenities, Hot tub and fireplace/fire pit. I had reached out a day or 2 before to ensure they would be ready to use. Upon arrival, there was barely any firewood, especially not to use in and outdoors. The hot tub had such a terrible odor to it and was not ready for use. I did reach out to the host after several questions later, he advised he would send maintenance. I only reserved for one night and also had an event 45 minutes away. I was...

'The Host is fantastic and extremely responsive. Our volleyball club has used this property on several occasions - the number of beds is perfect to meet our needs. We are staying again in a week from now :-) The one downside, beyond their control is the limit to parking spots - we arrange to uber back and forth to the Nook as needed as a work around.'
