'Condo apartment was just as described. It's located in a very convenient area with several restaurants and a grocery store within easy walking distance. Kids enjoyed the pool too. I would stay here again if I'm visiting the area.'

Not criticizing just recommending, add some type of “instruction” sheet to know where to find HVAC remote, operate the smart/multi-function light switch for the bathroom, and other features of the rental. The light switch is neat but I’d never seen/used one like it.'

'Pretty Italian villa style property. Across the street from the beach. Great rooftop restaurant. Sara, who manages the restaurant, is friendly and welcoming. Bed was comfy. Kids slept on the pullout sofa. Spacious and clean. St. Simons is really neat. Loved our time!'

'The only reason, but a huge one, for the lower rating is the furniture. None of the sitting spaces were comfortable. The sofa was so small and hard and the 2 side chairs were so uncomfortable. We left a day early because the weather changed and we were going to have to stay inside. The prospect had us packing. '

'Pros- great location! Easy walk to the beach. Apartment is as described on the listing. Very clean. Cons- the rental does have a Keurig as listed but you need to bring your own pods. The master bedroom has a sliding door that is only covered with a light beige pull down blind that is see through. Doesn’t ever actually get very dark and people can see in.'

'We loved our stay at Emily's House! We went for a last min family getaway to St Simon's Island, the location and condo were perfect. Right across the street from the beach and within walking to shopping and dining. we will definitely be back!'
