'The house was very clean and comfortable. It was less than 10 minutes away from Main St, where all the activities were. It is in a main road so cars are always speeding past at all times of the day and night. It is pet friendly however there isn’t a closed in fence so you’ll have to watch your dog and put them on a leash. If you go up the hill in the back of the house, there’s a huge pasture surrounded by the woods, my dog was able to run around up there, I just had to stand where she couldn’t...

'The hot tub was great, the property is beautiful! We loved our stay and if the weather was better we would have enjoyed using the deck and treehouse lounge. '

'Beautiful, spacious home in a perfect location! '

'There was a issue with the VRBO and getting the check in info but the host was very responsive and helpful in getting us the information before we arrived at the property.'

'Wonderful stay for our time in Cooperstown. Pool was great for kids. 8 min drive to town and 10 to dreams park'

'We loved our stay at Abels Acres! It's so beautiful there. The house was amazing and had everything you'd need while staying there. There was plenty of space for everyone both inside and out and the game room was so fun! We saw possums, ground hogs, fire flies, turtles and a beaver. Highly recommend this property!'
