'The King's arm is a friendly welcoming hostelry in the quaint charming village of Otterton. The pub, restaraunt and rooms were clean, well presented and well maintained. My room was large with a very comfortable super king size bed and plentiful supplies of shower gel, shampoo tea coffee and biscuitsi buscuawerplentiful'

'What a lovely place! Spotless, well appointed room with simple, fresh decor. Bathroom also nicely done, with fabulous fluffy towels. Breakfast was super tasty with a great selection of options. And the hosts are really lovely; helpful and friendly without being overly attentive. Not far from either Torquay and Torre stations so great for those not using a car, though parking was also available. Highly recommend and will be staying again next time I’m down in Torquay.'

'The best way to describe the Great Western is with the two words, quaint and quirky! The house is in the middle of a massive re-vamp, but that did not impinge on my stay, which was short, but long enough to form a very positive opinion. My room was clearly re-purposed, with the en-suite bolted on, but it was clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom fittings were quite new and of a good standard.
