'The pictures online really don’t reflect what the property looks like. The carpet in the hallway of our room smelled like urine, and we’re quite sure that the floors had not been swept or cleaned in our room, as we found a clipped toenail in the bathroom and other dirt and things on the floor. Also, only one of the outlets worked near the bathroom.'

'On our second morning, we were not able to have breakfast, there was no milk for the cereal. They were out of sausage links. They were out of potatoes and they had a very small portion of eggs left no bagels, no cream cheese. This was at 6:30 AM.'

'Big clean room (2 queens) bumpy bed. With fridge and tv. Breakfast was very good. Wafels and pancake maker also English breakfast. But the service is very bad! Bath tap kept running, made 3 time's a complain. Everytine is was new and agsin promisses to send maintanance. He/she never came. 3 nights sleep with a running bathtap is no pleasure I can tell you. No cleaning of the room. When I asked they would clean by 2 days. It was 2 days and then sudden oh then it is 3.... I can make my own...

'Het is een gewoon, goed hotel. Niet spectaculair, niet heel speciaal, gewoon Amerikaans goed. Mijn kamer had 2 queensize bedden, en alles was in orde. Spijtig van het vloertapijt en het bad dat ook als douche dient. Het personeel is wel heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam.'
