'Good location, good staff'

'The room was clean & the beds were comfortable! We enjoyed our breakfast and a little afternoon dip in the pool on the 11th floor! The staff was super helpful and provided us with great service!! They make sure that if you have a problem or a question to go out of their ways to help you!'

'Wow this was just a great stay. The welcoming was nice and I had a comfortable /clean room. The staff helped me with so much. I had a night Train and they offered me a room for free to stay until I had to leave. I can recommend it to everybody! '

'Room was great and location even better, staff was very friendly. I would give it a 5 star review but we stayed there for NYE and celebrated at the hotel and we thought the event wasn't arranged well at all and done chaotically. '

'We had some room charges for food and spa. We signed the receipt which included taxes and service fees for each right after them. When we checked out, these were included in our room charges, and then taxes and fees were added again. Tax on taxes? Service fees on service fees? I insisted they be removed and they did so reluctantly. I wonder how many others noticed this ?'

'Great location and excellent customer service!!!'

Intbijt is nl trwppe lopen. Nl 22.00. In avo dwas het pas lekker daar. Super of midden in centrum.'

'It was a nice stay, people in reception were extremely helpful and friendly. We exchanged money there for a fair price. Room was clean with all amenities and free water. It was big enough for us, 1 night stay and before booking you see the size. We booked 3 hours in advance because of plan changes and everything was ready when we arrived. Price was very good. Location is awesome, next to all restaurants, market and lake!!! In the morning there was noise from the street, not extreme, and we had...

'The shining hotel was a lovely place to stay in Hanoi. The rooms and staff were lovely and really enjoyed the pool/bar area, especially at night. The staff were fantastic as it was very hot and they did a great job up there'

'Great spot in the middle of the city with many things walking distance from hotel. Good places for food, breakfast/ lunch/ dinner as well as for shopping. Great view from room as well. Staff was awesome and very friendly.'

'The staff were amazing, the real highlight of our stay'
