'The service was excellent the moment that we arrived in San Sebastián. The office was easy to find and the instructions for the apartment were equally as easy. The location for this apartment is perfect for walking around the city and the beaches. We had 6 adults, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable, the bathrooms were as well and were very clean. 4 full bathrooms made it so easy with 6 adults and there was always hot water. 'We enjoyed our time in San Sebastián and our stay in this apartment was a large part of making our stay comfortable. We traveled there with two young kids and they enjoyed the space and openness of the apartment. The location was perfect for our needs and was very convenient with a supermarket and restaurants very close by. The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed for a 6 night stay. Thank you to Mikel and his wife for making our stay very inviting. '

'Kitchen & amenities were very poor. It was not possible to make your own meals. There is no kitchen sink! Needed to clean glasses in the bathroom. This is very unsanitary! Small fridge was on the floor & difficult to access with the furniture next to it. It was difficult to put anything in & take anything out. Shower door opened to the inside making it difficult to get in and out.'
