'Unfortunately this was our first VRBO stay that was unsatisfactory. The check in process was confusing but fortunately we had a friend who spoke Spanish and could translate for us. The location was great but it was the only thing that was accurate about this property. We checked in on Monday night and hoped for a hot shower. There was no hot water. In addition there were multiple items that were not working including one whole sink in the double bathroom and only the left handle on the other...

'We had a wonderful stay in Gorka’s apartment! The place is very clean, modern and has a nice balcony with a beautiful view. The location of the apartment is especially amazing! It’s in the centre of San Sebastian so you can easily walk to everything in the city. We also came by car so being able to park our car in the centre for free was very handy. Gorka was also a very kind host. He made sure that the check in went smoothly and we had good contact. Thank you for having us Gorka!'

'Communicatie met eigenaar altijd vlot en vriendelijk, verwelkoming was hartelijk en we kregen allerlei bruikbare tips over de omgeving. Het uitchecken ging al net zo hartelijk. Het huisje is afgelegen in bosrijke omgeving, precies wat we wilden: heerlijk in de tuin gezeten en in de omgeving gewandeld. Ook prima plek om van hieruit naar bilbao te gaan, rondtoeren, maar het strand. Het huisje is pittoresk, goed onderhouden, schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien. '

'Booking this apartment was so easy. I did worry about not being contacted by the company but they are so relaxed about the whole process that they just don’t hassle you with communications. I did end up calling the letting company in Spain and they were amazing., spoke perfect English and very helpful. The apartment was so clean, hop, skip and jump from the beach and just a short walk to the old town. But you still have lots of places to eat and drink close by too. We did have a little rain...

"Ontbijt was zeker ok. Dakterras was nog niet in gebruik door het minder goede weer. De kamer was in orde. Wel weinig opbergruimte. Vooral in de badkamer wei of plaats om je spullen te zetten. Een kapstok voor de jassen aan de ingang zou praktisch zijn. De ligging is ideaal voor zowel de oude stad als de nieuwe. Hotel ligt aan een bushalte."
