'We go to this hotel every year! It is VERY cost affordable compared to other hotels for the same quality. Room was clean, with bayside waterfront views. I love that they have a waterfront pool & hot tub and private dock to use! Staff is very friendly and seem genuinely passionate about their jobs. There is also a nice hot continental breakfast as well. We will be coming here next year again too! '

'Chincoteague bezoek je voor het natuurreservaat en de kust. Dichterbij dan in deze Best Western Plus kan je niet logeren. Fietsverhuur is aan de overkant. 's Morgens word je gewekt door de vogels. Het ontbijt is heel uitgebreid voor Amerikaanse begrippen, de koffie is prima. Personeel is vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Er is een kleine fitness ruimte. '

'Our family vacation was the week of the annual pony swim. Despite the fact that the hotel was extremely busy, the 100th anniversary swim, the staff was more than accommodating. They were extremely helpful and kind and polite. They went above and beyond. We even got a phone call about a half hour after check-in to make sure we settled in ok and if we needed anything! 'Perfect stay for the occasion. The room was spacious & recently painted/redecorated. The hotel is being renovated & a few minor items could be touched up (for example, some paint drips & nail touch-ups, the grout & base boards retouched), but nothing that impacted a clean, quiet, comfy nights stay. The parking lot & general area felt safe (as 2 solo women travelers). The staff was very friendly & I will stay here again. Look forwarded to seeing the finished motel!'
