'4 minutes from the Deer Lake airport with 3am shuttle to the airport for our 5am flight. They only offer free shuttle to the airport. We had to pay for a taxi to get from the airport to the hotel. It’s within 10 minutes walking to the beach and restaurant with live music. They opened cold breakfast starting at 3am for us to eat or grab a few things. The room is comfy but has a stale smell. We only stayed from 3pm to 2am and had to pay $180. Quite expensive but we had no choice if we wish...
'This was a disappointing stay. The room was fine. We had the two-bedroom condo and it’s a good size. The kitchen is good too. The beds aren’t all that comfortable, but ok. The problem was the upstairs neighbour was absolutely cranking music until late and we had to get up really early to go catch the ferry. I realize that they can’t always control the behaviour of other guests, but I called down to the front desk and left a message and didn’t get a response. It said that quiet hours start at 11...
