'We booked for our yearly girls' trip sans husbands and kids. This was the perfect place for it! We spent lots of time in the pool and jacuzzi, checked out local eateries, and lounged to our hearts' content! We encountered a couple of issues that were quickly resolved, as Nick was always available and responded quickly.'

'Great rental! Loved the walkable neighborhood - very quiet, lots of views. Beds were exceptionally comfortable. House is very clean with bright kitchen/living area. Nice touches like new sponges and fresh flowers. We would absolutely stay here again. We are locals temporarily out of our house for a remodel so we know you can't beat Solana Beach - great place to spend some time! Walked to Barefoot Roasters for coffee, Rare Society for dinner, and Culture Brewery for great local craft beer. '

'Our family stayed here for the 4th of July weekend and had a wonderful time. This is a very family friendly neighborhood and house. The house was clean and we really enjoyed the hot tub. The host, Ben, is very responsive and replied promptly to my questions. Thank you Ben for a great stay.'
