'When we got there the door was locked after given the keypad code. Had to wait in over 100 degree weather for a locksmith to come. The listing states AC but the unit was locked and was over 80 degrees inside. After messaging the host about being locked out, he didn’t respond to the inside temperature so I had to go by a fan because it was so hot inside and 1 bedroom did not have one. If the u it was cleaned, it was very rushed. There was hair all over the towels, hands cuffs on the doors, the...

'Stay has permanent residents with a big dog living above you. Between running around & barking in the middle of the night, couldn’t have 1 full night of sleep.'

'Got around town on my own without hassle. The location felt straightforward and easy to navigate.'

'The place was perfect, tucked away down an alley but the host gave excellent directions and pictures to find it easily. Everything was pristine. Hot shower, comfy bed, very functional space. There are stairs at 2 levels, be mindful of that. The balcony was cozy. There was a small hiccup about early check-in but Alberto explained everything & it was accommodated for a fee. I needed a last minute stay for the night for a family emergency. It worked out well. The place is spacious enough for a...

'The space is perfect for 3 adults or two parents and two children. The location was wonderful and even though it is a hot spot you can’t really hear any street noise. It felt very safe walking around day or night. There is a sprouts grocery store within walking distance. However, though we were told the pull out bed had no bed linens and towels would not be refreshed during our week stay. We also needed to know there were only two regular sized dinner plates. Also, some people would prefer...

'The place was great. The living room was spacious. The kitchen and eating area was great. The location was close to center city. The communication was great. I recommend this stay.'

'Non-descript location but we loved it. More like a VRBO property than a hotel. Communication with host was very good, especially since we had questions about accessing the property. Would definitely stay here again if ever in the Philadelphia area.'

'The appartment is clean and basic. But guests should be aware that it is located in an old building. The state of the building in general is lower than that of the appartment itself.'

'Little trouble getting in but host was responsive despite the late hour. I would have appreciated a more accurate description of the parking situation. Not only is there no parking on site, there is no parking anywhere close. The place is nice and roomy.'

'Good location for a Fishtown experience, easy walking distance to main dinner spots.Clean and well appointed. Large bed is a loft space with a wooden ladder, a bit tricky if you both are seniors!'

'The property itself was very nice. Location for us was convenient and walking up and down the stairs was not a bother. Not sure if bringing our own body wash or shampoo was listed but would have liked to have known in advance. We did leave some so hopefully the next group will be happy. Also, the bed and sofa are squeaky. Overall nice.'
