'We stayed here for our son’s baseball week at Cooperstown Dream Park and it was the perfect spot. The convenience of location, the size/layout of the house and the beauty of the property made it the perfect place to come home and relax from long baseball days! We will come back when our younger son plays here! '

'We had the most relaxing stay at rays vacation home. Ray answered all of questions very quickly and made sure everything was ok and we had what we needed. 3 beautiful bedrooms a beautiful kitchen and very comfortable living room. We made a fire in the fire pit and made some s'mores. We would definitely love to come back next year. 5 star vacation home. Thank you for the memorable stay Ray!'

'This place was absolutely perfect...i cant even stretch how beautiful this place is...steven was an excellent host..he came by and gave us a quick tour of the home! He even gave us alittle history of the area which was very cool...the home is huge and clean...perfect for the amount of people i went with...the waterfalls are breath taking and honestly the reason why we would return to this property....i give it a 10/10....if i could give it 100 stars i would....best place i have been to so...

'The cabin is beautiful and in a great location! We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the view from the deck! There is no A/C, but it wasn't too hot for our July visit with the fans on and windows cracked. There was plenty of space, and the hosts provided things like little soaps and espresso pods which was a nice touch!'

'Overall this is a wonderful cabin in the woods. Feels very remote despite being a short drive from Oneonta and Cooperstown. Nice for a relaxing getaway.'

'The little red cabin was perfect for us and our two dogs. Close to area attractions, but secluded and quiet too. We even had a bear stroll through our yard! Owner super-responsive to any question or concern. Will definitely stay again!'

'Used for our 12U baseball tournament at Cooperstown Breams Park. 8 minute drive in reverse traffic. Wouldn’t classify as a luxury stay but perfect for a place to sleep while going to baseball games. Comfortable and large backyard perfect for whiffle ball games. 1 king bed with pull out sofa and air mattress. A/C was sufficient. Best part is how unique the property is with all the baseball paraphernalia on the walls. TVs are dated and not smart TVs but does have the normal local channels. Overall...

'This is the perfect location to travel back and forth to ASV. The house had plenty of room for the 6 of us with the 1st floor room and bathroom perfect for my elderly parents. Though this house is 100 years old and not perfect, it was updated to today’s standards. Extra thanks to Dave, who let us check in a little early (after red eye flights) to get refreshed and settled before opening ceremonies. '

'For families attending the Cooperstown baseball tournament, this home was perfect. It is a few minutes away from the park, had several beds for the boys and just a very cozy and warm environment. The beds were extremely comfortable. I highly recommend this home!'
