'The hot tub was great, the property is beautiful! We loved our stay and if the weather was better we would have enjoyed using the deck and treehouse lounge. '

'Second time at this house. House was great, great location. Beautiful just walking down the road. There is a small waterfall a little more then a mile down Cape Horn road. House was fine for 7 people. We had good weather for April and were able to utilize the outdoor fire pit. If you are looking for a good restaurant, Tito Banditos in Pine Hill is a great spot. Solid Mexican food and great Margaritas. Can't wait to return in the fall! '

'The house is under going multiple improvements. None of which effect staying in the house. There are window units in every room for a/c. The WIFI available is subpar so working remotely was near impossible and even streaming a show on the living room tv proved to be difficult. Towels and bedding were adequate. We did not use the stovetop or microwave/ toaster oven combo but they seemed in operating order. Only having one bathroom can be difficult but something we were prepared for already. Only...

'This is a Cooperstown gem! Sandra is a great host and very responsive. As for the property, a great location and short ride from Dreams Park and downtown Cooperstown. Plenty of space for a few families and the adjacent cottage was an added bonus that let us spread out a little more. Can't forget the pool out back and the woods all around. Highly recommend to all looking!'

'Property was double booked through a different platform. Another guest was there when we arrived. Host was completely unresponsive at all stages. Because the property is remote, this caused more than a slight inconvenience in terms of locating other lodging more than an hour away.'
