'This property has everything. Check in and the room was very nice. Go downstairs and to one hallway they have a laundromat two places to get sandwiches or pizza, a market, a theater, a barber shop and at the end of the hallway to restaurants. All under One roof. Place was nice people were down to earth it was in an industrial area but if you're a regular guy this place is great. If I have to stay in Portland again this will be an option I look at first not last.'

'The street noise was alittle loud on Saturday night, due to cars and train noise. We were in the back side of the property.'

'The website image of the room is way nicer than the actual rooms. The bathroom door of the room doesn’t close and give privacy in the bathroom. The sink was really shallow and made it splash everywhere and it was all wet because there is not a fan just a constant fan on.'

'My family and I arrived there late aftee a long day of being in the airport hoping to get a good shower and decent sleep. When we arrived I surveyed the room and immediately noticed the "renovations" weren't much more than the signature wallpaper and classic Courtyard furniture. The bathrooms specifically were quite disgusting! The guy that checked us in tried his best to rectify my discovery of a dirty tub with hair and stains, by moving us to another room. I asked to inspect this new room...

'Heel mooi hotel, schoon en grote kamers, maar helaas geen fijne lokatie. Er zijn veel daklozen in de omgeving. Alles om het hotel heen is dicht daardoor. Er rijdt wel regelmatig politie/beveiliging rond.'

'The floor is not clean properly, there are couple of spots very sticky, I guess previous customer spilled some beverage.'

'A/C worked fine, room was relatively clean, bed was comfortable, tv worked good, had a mini fridge, no carpet, nice shower. Outside was a bit scummy with lots of litter and spilled coke that was never cleaned up. Inside bathroom window had no lock and no screen. I was alone, but I know if my wife had been there she wouldn’t feel safe and I wouldn’t leave anything in the room of value when I went out. Manager didn’t seem concerned about window not locking. '

'Staff were so nice, and so welcoming also very helpful with explaining where things were. The spa was so relaxing and the ROOM was BEAUTIFUL. I got the sky loft and even the laundry was complimentary. They have you pay for parking in the lot next door. But you’re not guaranteed to have a spot when you get back because apparently it’s open to the public as well? That was confusing and didn’t understand why there was a needed fee.'
