Volledig gerenoveerde woning met drie slaapkamers en twee badkamers op 1/2 mijl van de stranden van Glendon en Haigis. Geniet van uw zomervakantie in dit onberispelijke, goed onderhouden huis met centrale airconditioning. Open plattegrond met verzonken verlichting, hardhouten en keramische tegelvloeren. Volledig ingerichte keuken met granieten aanrechtbladen en roestvrijstalen apparaten. Modern, smaakvol interieur met wasmachine / droger (alleen toegang met schutbord), wifi, flatscreen televisie en vaatwasser. Ontspan in uw vrije tijd op de veranda of grill op het achterterras! Grote omheinde achtertuin met voldoende ruimte voor plezier en spelletjes na een dag zwemmen in de warme wateren van Nantucket Sound. It is an easy 10-15 minute walk to Old Wharf Road (the beach road), where you cross in the crosswalk, and then turn right or left to reach a local beach. Each morning, I saw many people walking, jogging, or biking on Old Wharf Road. The home's updated interior is very clean and offers modern amenities including split a/c units operated by remote controls. My husband's favorite features were the two outdoor seating areas (two Adirondack chairs on the front patio and a table with six chairs on the back patio) and the spice rack offered in the kitchen! Our only negative was the weak Wi-Fi signal which didn't extend to the primary bedroom. If we could suggest a "wish list" of items to add, it would include a full-length mirror, an electric tea kettle, and a console table or desk to provide a workspace for our laptops.

Walking distance to a few beaches, restaurants & mini market. Enjoy beach(happy) hour outdoors or breakfast with a Bloody Mary at the Sailing Cow, dont miss outdoor dining with a raw bar, heat lamps & Terry Brennan playing at Chapins Beach Bar, the sunset from West Dennis beach is fabulous. I bought steamers, lobster and oysters at Swan River Seafood and had a relaxing seafood fest on the back deck. Live the outdoor shower and oversized washer & dryer. Big tv, great AC system, huge kitchen, and comfy furniture & bed. Love that the master bedroom had a private bath. And compared to other cottages, the price is fantastic!
