Townhouse Loop naar het strand met AC

Geniet van de zee op zijn best. Loop naar Nantucket Sound-stranden op slechts een halve mijl verderop (Sea Street of Glendon Beach), speel minigolf en ontspan vervolgens in de Sand Dollar Bar and Grill of Chapins Fish & Chips - slechts twee blokken verderop (seizoensgebonden). Tal van andere restaurants zijn het hele jaar open (Oyster Company, Red Nun, Red Cottage). Geniet van je zomervakantie op de Mid-Kaap in een comfortabele, schone omgeving met airconditioning (mini-split-systeem). Het herenhuis bevindt zich in een klein condominiumcomplex van slechts 6 eenheden (drie duplexgebouwen). De keuken biedt eenvoudige kruiden en specerijen. Er is een queensize bed in een van de slaapkamers en twee tweelingen in de andere. De slaapkamers en de badkamer bevinden zich op de tweede verdieping. Beddengoed en handdoeken worden op verzoek verstrekt. Baby-proof unit met sloten op keukenkasten en babyhekje tussen de verdiepingen; pack en play en toy chest zijn beschikbaar. De achtertuin en het dek zijn perfect om te grillen en te chillen na een warme dag op het strand. Inchecken op / na 15.00 uur op zaterdag en 17.00 uur op weekdagen, tenzij anders overeengekomen. Check-out is voor 11 uur. Het maximale aantal inzittenden is 5. Slechts twee parkeerplaatsen zijn beschikbaar. Goed opgevoede honden tot 35 pond zijn toegestaan met geavanceerde toestemming.

The location was great — walking distance to the beach. The shower has a funky look to it with sliding glass doors and a flowered shower curtain, but it worked nicely. Bed was okay. Kitchen was packed with stuff, (old dishes, pans, and spices) not at all organized. No dishwasher. Washer/dryer was nice to have. Living room was functional but not comfortable. Furniture is old — chair too stiff and straight, and the couch, old and overused. In spite of the oddities, we enjoyed our time. Hosts were friendly and responsive. The place could be very nice with a little work and freshened up kitchen and living room.

I have hesitated to post this review because I wanted to find the right words to describe this experience. This property is probably used by the family. It is overloaded with mismatched items, a bathroom that needs cleaning and painting, too many personal items. The furniture is uncomfortable, the bed needs a mattress pad, the shower curtain is not necessary since there is a glass sliding door. The pots and pans were old and unusable. I went out a bought a new pan for our food. The deck is cluttered with dirty, mismatched chairs and beach equipment. If the owners want to rent this out, they should equip the unit with matching dishes, newer pots and pans, remove most of the personal items and make room in the cupboards for renters to place their items. We have rented condos and vacation rentals for over 20 years. This was by far the worst experience we have had.

Windfall Townhouse was a very cozy and comfortable place for us during our stay in Cape Cod. It is well supplied with everything you need. for cooking, there was a wide variety of spices to choose from. It is also in a centralized area where either end of the cape is within easy driving distance. We would definitely stay here again!

Nice outdoor deck and fenced in yard so we didn't worry about our dog. Didn't use the grill but it was large. Accommodations show some wear but beds are comfortable and shower was powerful. Air conditioners worked well, washer/dryer was large and modern. House was spotless when we arrived and decorated with nice personal touches. Easy walk to beach (otherwise town charges $30 to park) put put golf, ice cream, deli/grocery and Woolfies for muffins. Michaela was always available by phone and accommodated our request to come early. We found Dennisport to be a very convenient location for a half week summer stay and the house was a good choice for us with a dog and our son with wife and infant. They appreciated having a full kitchen and bath tub.

This was a great place to stay on a budget. Our travel plans changed at the last minute, and we found ourselves looking for a house on Cape Cod to rent. The two bedrooms and kitchen were perfect for our family, much more comfortable than a hotel room, and for a similar price. Highly recommend!

Had a good stay here for a week in late August. Property manager did a good job of communicating with us. Was just as described in the listing. Dog friendly and fenced in yard. Only complaint is my dog found an ant trap on the floor and started chewing on it… probably not a good idea to have these in a dog friendly rental. Otherwise everything was just as described and we had a nice week.

Great location in Dennis Port. A short walk to mini golf, ice cream, and a delicious Mexican restaurant. Definitely walkable to the beach for adults but a little far younger kids. We bought the weekly Dennis Beach Parking pass and it was definitely worth it to come and go to all of the beaches. Michaela is a great host and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again. Perfect size place for a family of 5 with young children.

Just got back from a long weekend stay in Dennis Port. Originally our trip was supposed to be in May, but because of Covid, I had to switch dates a few times and Michaela was SO accommodating with the changes. The communication from booking to check out was very fast and smooth. The location is great and the condo was roomy enough for my friend and me. With 60 degree weather in November, we really enjoyed the outdoor seating at The Oyster Company (Dennis Port). We also got a to-go quart of chowder from The Brewster Inn & Chowder House, our favorite!

Close to a small beach and not a bad drive to the larger National Seashore ones. Very peaceful, the backyard is perfect for a meal on the deck while our dog could be with us. Michaela is a very helpful host. Would stay again!

It was a very clean comfortable property! Usually strange beds are hard for me to sleep on, but this queen was very comfortable! The property provided everything we needed except for food, of course, and is in a great location for experiencing all the Cape has to offer. Would rent again!
