'This hidden gem was an amazing stay!! KIM the manager is the most accomodating I have ever witnessed!! My brother (different room, just as beautiful as my Egyptian theme room was with me. I was running so late for my daughters UNT grad ceremony, I pulled in and sweet Kim was waiting for me outside at my room door which I parked feet from! Explained the digutal door lock etc- and I was in.My brother came there after for his room and asked Kim was there any food around, she said no but...

'Sheets were dirty for one of the beds. Windows in the kitchen were not latched (so someone could’ve broken in). House looked like it was under renovation (walls looked like they were being worked on). Hand soaps were filled with water. Fire alarm was ripped out. There was an old wash cloth left on top of the shower head. No iron or iron board or washer and dryer as advertised. Minimal check in or check out instructions.'

'Pro: property manager was easy to get a hold of and communicate with at first. Cons: property not accurately described. Property was clearly under construction process or updates as there paint chips everywhere, mold in bathroom, front door wouldn’t close properly. Is very run down but maybe work in progress. Wish would have known and been properly informed. '
