The space
As a self-contained 1 bedroom apartment, all of the amenities are exclusively for your own use, and you can come and go as you please.

The kitchen consists of an integrated oven and hob, fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave oven, toaster, kettle, sink and cupboard units. It is fully equipped with cooking equipment, cutlery and crockery, so you can make your own meals instead of always having to eat out (although there are takeaways and a good selection of restaurants within a 2 minute walk).

With your own exclusive WIFI internet connection, the apartment has a wall mounted Smart TV where you can access internet channels, YouTube etc. or plug in your own media device.

With a separate bedroom housing a full-sized double bed, the apartment is not only a perfect night time space but has a sizeable living room for relaxing or working during the day, with not only a sofa which pulls out as an occasional sofa bed but also an electric recliner armchair for lounging in front of the TV and a fold-away desk and chair for any working from home that needs to be done.

The bathroom includes a bath, an electric shower, towel hanger, W.C. and wash basin.

The apartment itself is secured behind a private, gated carpark in which you have two allocated parking spots.

This is a pet-free and smoke-free apartment. Please respect this by not having pets and not smoking inside the property. There is an area immediately outside the front door where you can smoke.
