The house, the amenities that the homeowner provided, the location, the quality of everything at the house including the top notch customer service from the owner and his brother from the time I booked until now they are literally in a category of their own with how amazing they are. 'Host (Niki) was very nice. Gave exact instructions for check-in so there was no confusion. Suite was the perfect size for 2 people. Sleeping was great with the quiet neighborhood. Oversized shower with seating area is a plus. Has small microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Just right! The queen bed while not firm was still alright! Small closet area. Everything was very clean. 'Jessica was a great host. She was immediately responsive with every inquiry I had. My husband and two boys (kinder & 3rd) felt right at home… well, almost. Everything is so nice we were more controlled then at home. The living room is cozy, comfy, and spacious. There’s dvds! A lot of Romcoms and Heat! The kitchen is stacked. No foil or much plastic ware for kids/outside eating. There are a ton of pillows. The house has a nice flow. Such as a standing where it should be. A side table where...

'My family and I stayed here a couple of days ago. The house was very clean and spacious for us all. The check in was super easy and the price was perfect for our budget! I would just we would’ve visited during better weather so we could use the pool! Lol'

The house is very large and very comfortably fit our large extended family of 12 with plenty of space to spread out. The backyard was a dream! 'Very nice house in quiet neighborhood. It is 20 minutes at most to the Pacific Ocean beaches and parks, but lacks the hustle and bustle of the city. It’s minutes to a great breakfast place, Keil’s Grocery, coffee and pizza. Half a block to great canyon hiking trails. The grassy area for a dog in the fenced back yard is about 3’x4’, so is challenging for a large dog, such a boxer.'

'Perfect place for my wife and I to stay (3 nights) as we visited longtime friends in the area. Also went to the SD Zoo (20 minute drive). The property is exactly as advertised. Quiet nice older neighborhood. Very clean and comfortable. Adam was very responsive.'

'We had a wonderful stay at the Escondido home. Lots of fun games, inside and out, and the pool and spa area was a perfect place to hang out. The house was spacious and comfortable with plenty of room for our extended family of 11. There were a few maintenance issues but all were quickly addressed by the management company. No home is perfect so if things go wrong it is comforting to know you have a responsive management company to take care of the glitches and Mo and his team did just that....
