Unit 405 at Magnolia is a beautiful 2 bedroom and 2 bath condo. The units sleeps 6 comfortably as it is furnished with a Queen in the Master, king in the second room and a queen sofa sleeper in the living area. The kitchen is fully equipped and has recently been updated with new granite countertops. The open floor plan makes the unit spacious and relaxing. Enjoy breathtaking sunsets from the balcony as well as Gulf, East Pass, and pool views. The Magnolia House offers a 30x30 seasonally heated pool, a community hot tub, a large sundeck, bathrooms, a picnic area complete with 3 charcoal grills, shuffleboard, and 2 tennis courts.

THINGS TO KNOW:
Seasonal beach service (one umbrella and two chairs) is included. This service begins March 15 and ends October 31.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 4.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
