'the rooms were dark, not enough light. The air conditioning didn't work as well in the bedroom. a desk chair was broken.'

'I love Fairfield layout. The room is very comfortable, two televisions helped a lot with our grandson around. Breakfast is excellent and the staff were very professional and friendly. My only complaint is that the internet was out for a whole day.'

'Staff was really friendly and helpful. The room was clean, clean towels etc. Ice machine could be cleaned up and that area. Otherwise it's 33 minutes from Philly so it was quiet.'

'Everything was great. The bed was so comfy with pillows and all. Breakfast was great. The room was clean and housekeeping took care of our room while there. Staff was very friendly. We will stay here again next time we come through this area.'

'The front desk lady was friendly, but the room was sadly dirty. There was hair throughout the sheets and the sofa was not wiped down from previous occupants. This is miniscule, but the front entrance is the only way to get in. If you have a room towards the back, it will take a few trips especially if in a group.. The elevators were very tiny.'

The location is perfect—safe, walkable, and surrounded by great dining and shopping options. The in-house seafood restaurant was a standout and easily one of the highlights of our visit. 'We loved our stay. Dave at the front desk was extremely helpful and answered all our questions. Our room was a very good size and very clean. We will come back.'

'Was an okay place to stay. Unfortunately problems the staff had no control over overshadowed. Parking was a problem since there were only 7 spots otherwise you had to find a spot elsewhere. Internet was practically non existent so no tv even though there was a large screen tv. If like me you like to take a bath no stopper in the tub. On the positive side the town is idyllic.'

'Clean good parking quiet'

'1st Room floor was wet, as if from a leak. 2nd room they assigned, the bed seemed like a oversized cot and the linen had the smell of urine. I stayed the night and the next morning found out that the shower didn't work. These rooms were on the 1st floor, I have problems navigating stairs and they had no elevator. They offered to put me in another room but I declined, even though I won't be refunded any remaining monies! Advertising for this establishment was overrated!'

'T he room was clean. Facility was also well maintained both inside and out. The beds were a bit too soft.Staff was pleasant. We didn't have breakfast there because the cost of the room was high and we would have to also pay for breakfast. We decided to have breakfast at friends house.'

'El hotel se encuentra muy lejos y en una zona en donde no hay mucho comercio. Necesitas un vehículo. En general el hotel es cómodo pero un poco viejo. Cuando llegamos no había personal que atendiera en recepción, todo fue con instrucciones y claves de acceso. El personal del restaurante muy amable.'

'The space was just what we needed to rest in the summertime while my kids went to camp at the Brandywine Battlefield. We did have an AC system that did not work until the next to last day and we were given another room. Other than that the pool was great, the breakfast was great, and the hotel was clean.'
