'Very convenient location. Near lots of shopping and dining, and right next to Rte 422. The suite had a nice setup, with the "living room" and kitchen separate from the bedroom. The room had a musty smell, there must have been an animal or two in there previously, since the hotel does allow pets. The rooms/hotel can use some updating. Coffee machine didn't work, which we found out at 5:30 am, when we were ready to have a cup or two. Had to go down to the lobby to get coffee. Handicap parking...

Bathroom floor was flat out gross with shoes sticking to floor. Door to room was difficult to lock from inside and door creaked and groaned upon opening and closing… not on par for a $200+ per night hotel.'

'Staff is very nice. Room was clean. Good shower pressure. Comfortable bed and pillows. Ask for a room on the opposite side of the building from the road. My room was on the street side and very noisy. Breakfast was kind of dissapointing. No hot choices. Bagels only no regular bread. Overall satisfied with my stay.'

'I stayed at the Chester Hotel for two nights and experienced several issues during my stay. The toilet in my room ran continuously throughout the night, and the room was extremely cold because the heat was not working. I reported these issues to the front desk manager, who assured me that he would move me to another room when I returned to the hotel that evening. 'Kamer was schoon en de indeling was ideaal voor ons gezin. Woongedeelte voor de kids en de aparte slaapkamer voor de ouders. Het hele hotel zag er netjes uit. Het ontbijt was klein, maar wel goed. Koffie, muffins, fruit, cornflakes en chocolademelk. Het was allemaal vers. Het terras buiten was ook voorzien van dikke kussens om op te zitten. Wasruimte was ideaal. In het zwembad lagen drie dode insecten, dat was het enige minpuntje. Ik zou dit hotel zo weer boeken.'
