'Beautiful room '

'This is was complete disappointment. I ended up eating the costs of just checking out early. The bar basically had nothing stocked. The restaurant menu was subpar. The bartender was unprofessional, disrespectful and abrasive. I have stayed at motels with better people and amenities than this. '

'They gave a breakfast voucher. I was supposed to get a room with a pullout couch, but they didn’t have that so they brought a roll out bed. The toilet at first was broken in my room, but the staff immediately came to fix it. I didn’t like that there was barely light in the room. My son really enjoyed the pool. Overall I would say the stay was a 3.8/5.'

'I stayed with my daughter for a dance competition nearby. The shower wall had MANY little black curly hairs stuck to it. The shower drain area had long black hair. It was really disgusting. We just felt very dirty. '

'Prima hotel om Philadelphia en omgeving te verkennen. Als we naar de Verenigde Staten gaan, kiezen we altijd voor een hotel van Hampton Inn. We hebben in veel ketens overnacht maar Hampton Inn voelt altijd weer als thuiskomen. We weten inmiddels wat we kunnen verwachten. De kamers zijn comfortabel en het ontbijt is meer dan prima. Genoeg variatie voor een paar weken. Ook in King of Prussia voelden we ons thuis. '

'I was at this hotel for four days and my room was never cleaned nor were the coffee supplies replenished. Trash cans not emptied nor was the bed made. Each day I had to go to the front desk and ask for more coffee and that it be replenished. On the second day I asked that my room be cleaned and it never happened. Staff seemed indifferent to their guests requests.'

'The roach problem was discovered on our first day at the motel. The bedding was clean but the mattress sucked. Cleaning was done only at a cursory level. Once 11:00 am rolled around, the attitude of the staff changed from bad to worse; like they couldn’t wait to see you leave. Granted, if you had a problem that would have you stay longer and gives them more money, they would begrudgingly work with you, but only so far. Then they just call the police on you.
