'This property was overall great! Maureen was always very responsive! We ended up with 6 of us staying Thursday-Sunday. Parking was very easy, never saw another car in the lot actually. Check-in super simple! For the most part was clean, however couches had alot of dog hair as well as the floor. I know it is a pet friendly property but wish that had been cleaned up more. 'My wife and I got married at Baywood in Milsboro and stayed at this property over the weekend of our wedding with family and friends. It was an absolutely perfect location for the group. We were able to walk to the beach each morning, there are plenty of food options around, and the starboard is less than a block away! The house itself was amazing. With multiple refrigerators, kitchens and living spaces, everyone was able to hang out together when they wanted, but have privacy when needed. I...

'Floors under renovation!'

'It's conveniently located for vacations near Dewey or Rehoboth Beach. I was pretty happy with how easy it was to make multiple trips back and forth from the boardwalk and my hotel in one day. As for the facilities, you can tell this is an older building, but it's been maintained and kept clean, and the hotel staff were extremely kind and helpful. That bumps it up a rank in my opinion. 'Alleen een kleine (gezellige) receptie, verder zijn de kamers ruim opgezet met een keukentje. Gezamenlijk zwembad. Prettig ervaren. Minpuntje; kussens zijn van plastic stof (om ze schoon te houden), slaapt niet lekker. Extra opmerking over Dewey Beach in het algemeen: gasten doordeweeks zijn vooral gezinnen, in het weekend jongeren.'
