'This place is very overpriced. It's looking out of date. Old furniture, nobreakfast,no USB. Yes we have nice view and very friendly staff, but it is not enough for the price you pay.'

'Disgusting! Don’t stay here! The worst hotel I have ever stayed in. The bathroom was disgusting. The outside of the toilet bowl had poop on it! And you could tell the shower hadn't been cleaned in years! The sheets were dirty and stained. The only 'clean' thing was the towels! The staff are young students who are respectful and have a very good attitude, but unfortunately, they don't know how to clean a bathroom. I definitely DO NOT recommend it.'

'This is a place that your going to get what you pay for, the rooms are ok and the building is showing some wear. Staff is friendly and accommodating. breakfast is basic but is free so it works. Pool is nice. This was a last minute rental while meeting friends in the area to show them Rehobeth beach that they had not seen before, and my wife volunteered me to pay. All in all it was better than OK. Hotel is in the heart of the shopping area which was taken advantage of.'

'The staff came off very helpful. The hotel room amazing and cheap. Our backboard to the bed had the acrylic half torn off and the bed sheets had cigarette holes but Walmart is just around the corner. So for twenty bucks that’s an easy fix. Food was super close. It may get a bit load randomly at night. But you’ll only hear it if you’re awake super late'
