'Overall very good has a few issues with the property, but these were out of the owners control. Other things to note is that the washing and drying machine are outside of your unit. They also charge you to clean your laundry. Parking will also get very crowded and you do not have reserved spots. Do not park somewhere else, you will get towed and that is a 300 fine. 'When I arrived to the apartment the key was not in the lock box. It was late and I called Chelsea. She immediately called me back and explained where the key was due to an issue with the new lock box. She was quite attentive and respinsive. The pmace was exactly as pictured My daughter and I took a quick walk to the beach and it was so close! The private parking was an 8 minute walk each way.
