'Nancy’s cottage is so charming and has such a warm, comfy feel to it. The beds and couch/love seat were all so comfortable and can’t beat the location, steps to the beach and to restaurants/shops in Dewey. 'We had never been to Broadkill before but it was ideal for children. The beach was quiet and the bay was calm. The shed was equipped for our time in the sun! The backyard bedroom was perfect forWhen the grandparents came and wanted some quiet in the evening and mornings! The home was clean, cared for, and comfortable. 'Our family of four (with 2 adult sons) stayed here for a week. All the comforts of home to include coffee maker and a modern kitchen. You can walk up the street to a dock and put the kayaks in for an exploration around the bay - quiet and peaceful. Love the salt water pool enjoyed by the community. We love the neighborhood - Angola by the Bay. About 15 minutes to Rehoboth Beach with the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk or Cape Henlopen State Park for a quieter experience.
