I stayed at the hotel 9 days. There were not much courtesy to and options for late check out.
Duty manager (a man) was not nice with customer.
There was a female receptionist very unprofessional and teasing customers behind them. She was also telling others that hotels have certain rules even I was not dealing with her. This kinds of side talk is very unprofessional and confusing.

I have been staying at this hotel since it was built. However this time the front desk stuffs were rude and not professional at all. No smiling faces, not welcoming at all. They have a hard time in getting the room which has proper air conditioning also they were oy including Or offering any membership for points. They also lack follow ups. More as 10 years experience with Radisson Blu
I have really liked my stay at Radisson Blu Dhaka. The service of the hotel personnel were exceptional. Really nice, comfort and convenient. I have also dine at the restaurants from there and their food and service was really great, loved the food.
I try also other hotels but here I feel very comfortable as example, the swimming pool area is middle in the nature like a holiday resort!
Also nice events like Cinema under the stars. Or candle light dinner around the Pool.

Good hotel with some bad terms and conditions
Everything is OK for a business trip. But the hotel charges security money before check-in of 5000-10000 Taka per day, while I have paid 100% room rental with taxes in advance. This practice does not feel respectable practice.

I have really liked my stay at Radisson Blu Dhaka. The service of the hotel personnel were exceptional. Really nice, comfort and convenient. I have also dine at one of the restaurant from there and their food and service was really great, loved the food.
