'I booked a 2-night stay at this hotel through the Hotels.com app and paid the full amount up front as a non-refundable booking. When I arrived around 9 PM, I was denied entry. 'The only issue we had was there was mold growing in the bathroom on the walls.'

I didn’t like that at all.'

'I booked this hotel for a last minute road trip. We arrived received our room key and literally had to knock down our door to get in. We let from staff know and they said “do this and this” did not bother to go help and open the door. We stayed Friday- Sunday and they never went to clean the room. Not even to do the beds or provide fresh towels or toilet paper. There was only one toilet paper and it was used when we arrived. When we went to ask for more toilet paper there was no staff onsite so...
