'A wonderfull location!'

'Great host, warm welcome, and good communication. Very nice place, beautiful entrance, and spacious room and very clean, with all the facilities you need for a pleasant and independent stay where you can also prepare your own meals if you wish. Kitchenette with oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, and kettle. Very complete. Perfect and quiet air conditioning and very comfortable bed. Clean and complete bathroom. 5-minute walk from the center and plenty of places to eat and drink in the...

'Perfecte ligging en mooi ingerichte praktische kamer met dubbele badkamer. Er was enkel een probleem met de temperatuur in de kamer door een defect aan de airco.'

'Great place in heart of Florence. Had more space than we thought it would. Everything is within walking distance. Great food choices and markets near by.'

'It was disappointing that I was charged 20 euro for arriving at 20:25. I know that the cut off time was 20:00, but I explained that there was a train issue. It then took them until 21:10 to arrive to let us in even though I told them that we would be there 30 minutes prior as they asked. The place is nice. The air conditioning is a little weak in the main bedroom. It works but takes a while to get cold. When we arrived there were only 2 towels for 4 people, the bathroom mirror was broken...

'Overall the stay was good, but there were some issues. I paid for a specific blow dryer for the trip and they told me last minute it was given to another customer. Also, the air conditioning temperature is locked and the apartment did not cool down so it was very uncomfortable sleeping. Lastly, the shower is so small you can barely move in it. I wouldn’t stay here again, but it was decent and the host communicated quickly.'

'Really convenient location, not crowded at all since it’s not in the center of the city. Everything is close and easy to walk to! The room itself was very clean with two AC units that kept everything a nice temperature. Just be careful going up and down the stairs as they are quite steep and narrow.'

'Very good. Clean .good dtandard'

'Be sure to do the online check way before you arrive. I never received the online reservation link after I booked the room and had to call the customer service number to resend it. The 1st person I called was supposed to find out what happened and call me back. He never did. When I called back to follow up, Samuel answered and he was very helpful. When I finally got the link, it didn't work and I had to call him back again to have him complete it for me & I was able got the code to get the key....

'Perfect location, early check in, luggage deposits.'
