'Rooms were awesome. I had four kiddos and a dog and they were able to move me from a 2nd floor room to a 1st floor room, per my request, so my crew didn't bother other guests. The heated pool and jacuzzi were highlights. Also, the outside barbeque and hangout area. I didn't want to leave.'

'This is the second time our family has stayed at this property. They have a great breakfast every morning. We have 5 people age 14 and over in our family, so it is nice to find a place that has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with 3 beds plus a pull out couch and a kitchen. The pool area is very nice. It would be nice if there was another hot tub or at least a bigger one. There is only one, and it is small. Maybe 6-8 people can fit. We have 5, so that doesn't leave room for many more. Also the...

'OUTDATED, carpets, furniture, hardware, everything seems haven’t been replaced since 1970s . The only reason we booked this place it’s through travel team . We figured kids will have fun all in the same hotel. All 15 families greatly disappointed, some even checked out and found different place to stay . Staff was super nice and helpful but , place needs to be shut down and seriously updated. '

'The rudest staff I’ve ever met. No where in there policy says you’re not allowed to have visitors. We just got to the hotel after driving 6 hours and my daughter and 4 girls from her vball team were staying at a nearby hotel and came to visit. I told this front desk person that they were visiting, not staying the night; but while they were outside she proceeded to tell them they were not allowed to comeback up to my room and they had to leave. She wanted 16yr old girls to walk on the streets at...

'Breakfast selections were small, coffee was not hot, room was not cleaned while we were there. Only one chair in the room and it was a desk chair. Really!? Lighting was really inadequate. Furniture was a bit scraped/beat up. But beds were comfortable and staff in entrance were friendly. That is the only staff I saw all weekend. Overall it was disappointing. '
