For 12 we offer a variety of fresh pastries and breads, hot drinks, fruit juices and freshly squeezed orange juice, fresh fruits and fruit salad, charcuterie and cheeses, yogurts, selection of jams, cereals and also the option to cook your own eggs. Bonjour Carole Anne,Thank you for your comment, we are sorry to hear that you didn't enjoy your stay at the hotel. Please kindly note that we do not assign rooms. We are a boutique hotel where each room is different and we give you the one you actually book. The room Pêche de Vigne is indeed located on the highest floor of the hotel which is the 3rd floor and as mentionned every where, we are a small city hotel in an old bourgeois house and we do not have any evelator. That's also why this is our cheapest room in the hotel.Our ice machine is indeed out of order and we are awaiting for the replacement piece that is taking time to arrive. We barely use it normally as we have our own wine cellar at the hotel and all our wines are stored at the proper temperature. I apologize we could have bought the ice for you. The team is not use to that and did not send you to Carrefour on purpose.I'm happy to let you knwow as well that I personnaly did one of the best hospitality school in the country and have worked for some big and renowed hotels in the world.We wish you well and hope to welcome you again in Dijon,Best regards,

Vous aviez l'air ravis de votre séjour, très heureux de la nouvelle chambre attribuée et du fait de vous retrouver seuls sur un étage complet.
