'Had multiple issues with the electronic lock before being put into a different room. Staff was helpful to resolve it. Seems as though details while under construction were missed. Doors didnt align, tile work in the bathroomlooked like crap. Just a little shotty'

'My stay was ok for just one night. Hard to sleep with the noise from the freeway and you can hear when people walk in the hallway and close doors. Some maintenance needs to be done in the rooms. The shower caulking was falling off, a bathroom tile was pushing up which could be a tripping hazard and one bed was very loud to sit on.'

'Breakfast is minimal. You have to eat on plastic plates with plastic cups and cuttery. The rooms and especially the bathroom needs to get updated. The rooms are not sound proof and you hear the elevator open and close (including a ring/bell) every couple of minutes, which is very annoying. The fridge is so loud, you are not able to talk to eachother while standing in the room. AC is smelly and only to give any cold air while it is on full blast....'

'We checked in and was accidentally given a room that had already been assigned. The next room assignment the refrigerator was unplugged. We plugged it back in and then left for dinner. When we returned the refrigerator smelled funny and still was not cold. We informed the staff at checkout about the refrigerator. Otherwise, all other aspects of our stay was superb.'

'This is an absolutely beautiful piece of property meticulously maintained and beautifully landscaped. The Staff is Top notch. The lovely young woman at the front desk in the days. Is amazing and so helpful. We had a tire blow out on the highway, On a Sunday. We were able to extend our stay with no problem until the truck was finished. Very pleased.'

'They could have done a better job keeping the pool clean. By day 4 the pool was green and a bunch of tree and plant stuff in it. We were there 5 days and the cleaning team only came in once to clean. Everything else was great.'

'Check in was easy and quick, and I appreciate the breakfast choices. When I checked in and took a shower, I was disappointed to find that the shampoo dispenser was empty. So I had to get my wet self dressed and go to the front lobby for some shampoo. Very frustrating to say the least.'
