'Breakfast is minimal. You have to eat on plastic plates with plastic cups and cuttery. The rooms and especially the bathroom needs to get updated. The rooms are not sound proof and you hear the elevator open and close (including a ring/bell) every couple of minutes, which is very annoying. The fridge is so loud, you are not able to talk to eachother while standing in the room. AC is smelly and only to give any cold air while it is on full blast....'

'There was a dirty pillowcase. Pubic hairs on the bathroom toilet and sticky kitchen and bathroom counter. The floors could have been cleaner. Check in promised me the room was clean. Some grand opening! Front desk was friendly and helpful. I liked the newness and Surprise is my hometown! JMay'
