'Great location close to west lake, wonderful way to stay im Hanoi. We felt close to the life of the city, all the amenities and not in the middle of the tourism chaos of the french quarter. Apartment was perfect and clean, lots of space. The security man was very sweet and helpful and always around to say hi '

'The place is alright. Staff are lovely, the rooms are quite well equipped, But the photos are a bit exaggerated. As long as you can take that into consideration you won’t be disappointed.
