In our exceptional, peaceful, inspiring and very safe environment, you'll be able to "really" relax and enjoy your holiday trouble-free.

We are located in the middle of nature, yet with 'easy access' and very close to civilization and some of the most popular Nicaraguan tourist activities.
(Hiking, volcano climbing, horse riding, river_laguna bathing..)

THE PROPERTY

This listing is for our modern "Villa Marcella" (80 m2). Knowing you benefit from the entire villa and it's surrounding

The villa accommodates comfortably 4 people in 2 bedrooms and has a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, gas oven and hob, coffee maker, toaster, large fridge, dining table, TV and HIGH SPEED WIFI (fiber up to 100 MBPS (enough to stream video or make video calls), ideal for virtual workers.

The 2 large bedrooms both, with direct access to a "spacious" gated veranda (75m2) and its 2 very large hammocks, outdoor table and rocking chairs.

One bedroom has a queen sized bed, A/C and TV
The other bedroom has two single beds and a fan

The 2 bedroom have a door, giving direct access to the veranda

The bathroom with walk in shower (hot water) is between the two bedrooms.



The house stays perfectly ventilated with the cooling breeze that sweeps through the farm most days.

Also there is a net on each window's villa, preventing the intrusion of insects (mosquitoes..)



THE FINCA ENVIRONMENT

You can enjoy beautiful summer days lounging in one of our hammocks (on the verana and the swimming pool area) or a refreshing swim in our big gated swimming pool.

There is very often a lovely cooling breeze around the property where you can enjoy bird and squirrel watching, maybe spot the odd iguana or catch a distant howl of Howler monkeys.

You are going to enjoy the enchanting bird calls from dawn to dusk.

To maintain the land, our staff are on-site each morning (monday to Friday) , without intrusion to your privacy

Our two dogs (Tessa and Karla) are gardians, they defend instrution and are free to roam the farm but are well trained not come into the pool area, nor your property.

Depending on the time of year of your stay, you will be lucky enough to be able to eat from the land plantains, mangos, goyabas, bananas, avocados, coconuts, corn etc..


Villa Marcella is one of 4 villas on the finca, but be rest assured you will have ample privacy. (2500m2 private land)



GETTING AROUND

The property is accessible by all vehicles, even by bicycle and on foot from the main road.

If you have a car there is parking right outside your villa but it is NOT necessary to have a car to enjoy your time here.

There is very cheap public transportation or private taxi. We can organise for a moto taxi to come to the property to fetch you whenever you wish.
