'Wonderful property. A few pros and cons: 1) Pro: Location/view are absolutely stunning 2) Con: A bit of a mouse problem, we were cleaning up quite a bit of feces and they even ate our food. Owner is trying to remediate, hope it goes better for the next guests 3) Pro: New hot tub! The view from it can not be beat 4) FYI: Long single lane road to property. Was a bit scary around the blind corners. Still worth it.'

'Paradise Island was perfect for 5 friends and I. The secluded and private property has multiple decks from which to enjoy the water on three sides. It is every bit as nice as the photos at the website. The hosts, Melanie and Rob, were responsive and great in every way. Will definitely be back.'

'Our family has been visiting relatives in Stockton for years and could never find a great place to stay. Well, the search is finally over. This property is perfect. It’s a great house in a great neighborhood. Steve has made the check-in and check-out process easy and accommodating. He was available for us to answer the few questions we had. 'Air conditioner doesn’t cool bedrooms upstairs. Guests slept in sweat. Some pots and pans need to be replaced. Exterior was covered in cobwebs. Not much room to park a boat the dock because homeowner’s boat takes up most of the dock.'
