'Do not book this modern apartment, we booked a three night stay and went home on the 2nd day as the apartment was filthy. We didn’t get there till late, my husband got in the shower and as the water hit the tiles dirt and debris fell onto the tray as the drain was blocked he ended up in dirty water. The net curtains were torn, getting into bed the sheets were stained and black hair was on the bed. Luckily we had a spare sheet in the car and put that on the bed to sleep on. 'Small, clean apartment, very handy for the harbour and old town. Well equipped. Not the best view from the balcony but can't have everything. Good communication from the host. First time on vrbo and can't fault them'

'Our group was there for the RNLI Bicentennial celebrations. We had a great time, after we figured out who was going to sleep where. With so many options, that was the hardest part 😂. The area is great, as well as getting there.'

'Great, well appointed apartment which is very central. Can be quite noisy at night especially having to have the windows open when it’s hot. Seemed to be a popular location for late night drinkers to have heart to hearts in the wee hours. Can’t fault the apartment, it had everything you could need. Minutes away from the town and beach. On the rainy days we had there were even board games for kids which my son loved. Thanks for a great stay. '

'Excellent all round. Central with easy walking to quay, restaurants of many types, shops, museum, railway station and much more. Excellent communal areas including lift. Very secure parking. Only problem no corkscrew but luckily we had bought wine with a cap!'

'The flat was nice and modern. It was relatively clean. The bedrooms were a tight squeeze so quite impractical for people who require more space. The kitchen included everything one could need during their stay and was well kept. The showers had good pressure and were also well maintained. Overall a great experience and good location not far from anywhere you'd want to go.'

'Had a lovely stay in this apartment . It was excellent. Very very clean and comfortable, with everything you could need and a lot of little extras. Just a couple of steps over to the clifftop in Barton on sea. Would definitely stay again.'
