'it seemed like this hotel catered to long-term rentals. The hallways were very smelly. They were things left out in the hallway outside of rooms. We were considering changing hotels, but it was late and decided just to stay. We did not try the breakfast as we did not feel comfortable eating at this location.'

'They didn’t honour the reservation (two beds) despite booking a month in advance. Waited half an hour for check in on a Friday night with only one person on the desk. Walked a mile to the room. Heard the music from the casino or the lounge till the wee hours of the morning. Positives: allows pets and the kids liked the slide. The staff is very friendly as well.'

'Very friendly service at check-in. The front desk staff were very caring. They checked in on every guest to ensure that they are comfortable and had no issue. They provided website links for all guests to use if they needed assistance. Breakfast was the best of all the other hotels I stayed at during my trip. 'Super 8 advertises free breakfast with your stay, but the breakfast service during our stay was sadly lacking. The eggs, bacon and sausage were coming out one at a time and cold. The bread cupboard was empty and we had to ask for more bread for toast. Pancake machine was broken. I have had very good breakfasts at other locations, but the weekend we stayed was far from satisfactory.'
