'All areas seemed brand new or very recently & very tastefully refurbished. The apartment was better than expected & completely private from the lower apartment, due to separate entrances, a screen on entry and the perfect height wall on the upper terrace; very nicely done. Also, the host sent multiple messages near arrival & helpful links for the nearby amenities. They asked twice in our 5 night stay if we'd like cleaning and were generally very [distantly] attentive. A perfect host...
