'Avoid – Terrible Service Our stay was very disappointing due to poor preparation and service. The hot tub—the main reason we booked—was unusable for the first 3 nights of our 5 night stay. On arrival it was without power, the water level was below jets, the water was cold and dirty. Despite sending photos, we were told it had been prepared.
