Kort bezoek Doha, Qatar
Het zou een goed hotel kunnen zijn als het niet zo gehorig is. Onze kamer lag nabij de lift en de bel die telkens gaat als er een etage wordt gepasseerd zit gemonteerd in de lift schacht. Met vier liften en dertien etages gaat de bel heel vaak en dat is verdomde irritant. Ook als er op gang beweging is hoor je dit in je kamer alsof ze bij je binnen staan. Het personeel is vriendelijk en is alles keurig verzorgt. Het water in de douche is hand warm. Met de warme zomers in Qatar is dat voorstelbaar. In december is de buiten temperatuur tussen de 15 en 20 graden C en dan is een warme douche wel lekker. Zelf zoeken we de volgende keer een ander hotel uit.

Not worth the money!
The staff was very non friendly, and the manager did not follow up on different difficulties we had. They served us alcoholic drinks when we ordered non alcoholic. You dont feel very at home. The crazy birds ate our breakfast so many times since they have open walls in the resturant. That was very annoying since we had a kid and we had to make them go away several times during the meal. The pool is dirty and very small with view to the other guests room. And the room is so small, the sink is literally 1.5 meter away from the bed, and the shower doesnt Even have a door, just a curtain in to the room. All in all we dont recommend this hotel. Its too overpriced from what you Get, and this comes from someone who has been to several resorts and hotels in Zanzibar.

Froze in the room
Room 604 was very cold when I checked in around 5 PM. AC was at full blast with the temperature set at 14C which I set to 24C. Though I switched off the AC, the temperature did not increase even after more than 4 hours The technician came at 1 AM when I complained and could not fix the problem. He said since the AC was switched off the temperature would gradually increase. In fact, the room was still at 14C when I returned from meetings at 2 PM & checked out!

We stayed on the 12th floor in a suite. The manager took over a room next to ours where he smoked hookah with the door open, he and his crew made lots of noise and regularly set off the fire alarm. I asked them to quiet down, but they were offended by the request and got even louder. The manager should party someplace else, he is a real jerk.

Place is nice , casual and fiendly. Service was great house cleaning was good. A little bit antiquated on furnishings, could use a spruce up in that department. Access to Corniche and walking paths is very close, also to the old town Soque shopping areas.

This place is terrible, I had to ask everyday for wash towels I only received 2 throughout the whole stay. When I asked house service, the receptionist, room service and even the bell boy ( why would I even have to ask the bell boy for wash towels?) it was always they’re being washed. I’m guessing the towels were hand made since it took forever to receive. This was the most disappointing stay I’ve ever had.

Location is great to access attractions. Staff are very friendly & room was spacious. Cleaning was average and we kept asking to replace things when taken eg towels. Some towels had stains on them. You could hear children in other rooms so noise isolation isn’t great , & noise from outside .

dreckig und abgenutzt! Bettlagen hatten löcher, Bettdecken hatten Flecken; Kopfkissen ekelhaft! Bad verdreckt. Duschen unmöglich, da nur Tropfen Wasser aus der Dusche kamen....

A very good hotel.
A very good hotel near to all amenieties.There are plenty of restaurants in the area.The staff were very attentive.We were given an upgrade to a suite which was very kind of them.

Amazing staff I come four times a year and always remember me and give warm welcome. Top floor have amazing Phillipino group Sounded stations recommend highly. Been coming for 3 years and look forward to next stay.
